API version 2 no longer supported

As of October 1st 2009, the Shopping.com API version 2 is no longer officially supported.  If you have not yet migrated to API version 3, you will need to do so immediately in order to maintain service to your users.

Knowledge Base

We just added an exciting new capability to the Shopping.com Partner Network. As partners, you can now read answers to frequently asked questions in the Knowledge Base area. You can also report problems that you cannot find solutions for, and we will do our best to answer them as quickly as possible.

Category Reports

We are happy to announce that we have just released category reports within the Partner Account Center (PAC). Partners can now pull reports to view leads by the top category and sub category level. This will allow partners to gain more insight and optimize their implementations. Login to PAC to view your reports now
