Holiday Season Pricing 2009

With the holiday season right around the corner, Shopping.com is anticipating a significant increase in traffic and holiday sales! Be sure to take advantage of this peak shopping season where savvy shoppers everywhere are comparing prices online!

We are continuing our efforts for intelligent holiday pricing to maximize opportunity and enhance selection during peak shopping season. We are increasing rate card in categories that consistently show increases in traffic and sales during the holidays. There will be 2 tiers of increases (20% and 10%) that are aligned with each category's holiday trends. Holiday pricing changes will take place from November 15th to December 31st.

Based on the performance of intelligent rate card pricing for the past few seasons, we’ve successfully increased selection, merchant sales conversion, leads, and revenue each year – even during challenging economic times. We are confident in our strategic approach and look forward to yet another successful holiday season!
