The API does indeed offer localization, however you need to enroll/sign a contract for each country/locale as an new partner. You would then be able to receive a tracking ID / API Key for each country/locale. Available countries include US, UK, DE, FR, and AU.

Shopping.com offers "localization" depending on the website domain you are navigating on ("uk.shopping.com" or "de.shopping.com" for instance).
What about SDC API, is it localized? I have not seen any documentation treating on this topic...
