Something Wrong?

  1. I have just looked my shopping uk PAC to see leads generated so far. I was surprised to 372+ lead generated with no revenue recorded. Can someone eithr from shopping.com clarify that my application / script is working and why I have not been credited even with Quality Score of 100?

    I am dealing with a similar scenario. I have a great deal of leads and some days of high Quality Score but I cannot find a way to find out what to do to get paid for these leads. Hopefully someone will write you back but at over a week I'm guessing not.

    I'll give shopping.com 60 days to reply either explain why I am not getting paid or is there something I am doing at my end. So far I am getting the impression that they just don't care. I am already using datafeed from another company and earning, so if shopping.com does not come up with any response then I'll fully switch to someone else.

    I just don't understand why shopping.com needs to keep this so private. If we are doing something wrong tell us, if the hits are not genuine then give us some indication we (well I'll at least) try to fix it.

    It appears you have two accounts, and only one is tracking any activity. That account named 'CSG' (not 'CSG, Inc.') is showing paid leads.

    I have sent an e-mail to partnersuk@shopping.com I am still waiting to hear a response from them. I have never come across a affiliate partner that is so ignorant. I just sincerely hope someone would explain why my account has been disabled.
