Unfortunately, we don't have the option for longer subTracking IDs at this time. It is something we have on our longer term roadmap, but we have no firm date for this change.
In the meantime, I suggest you try maintaining a mapping table on your end of subTracking ID to the true value you want to use. With 78 billion possible values available using a 7 character alpha-numeric subTracking ID, you shouldn't have to worry about running out of IDs.

I've downloaded my subtracking report but I saw that subtrackingID are truncate after the seventh print. Could it be extended to 18 prints?
