Hi there. I have applied for an account with my site and have been waiting 6 weeks now for a response- any idea how long it generally takes and whether I can contact shopping.com to speed things up? My site is:
We have also applied to the UK program and it has been 2 weeks and no response. Also we applied to get access to the API program for the US as we are already a partner, 3 weeks and no response. We have posted questions regarding this but are not getting anywhere, can someone please help here.
We have also applied for Australia program and we got no answer from you. It's been a week we applied to au program, and on the form page it said "3 business days".
I've just found out that our application was denied, but that was probably due to the fact we had our site down. We are developing a new site. We did not know we should have a live site when you review the domain name.
However, we've uploaded back the old site, which was a comparison site using an API, a different one from shopping.com.
Now we would like to have a new site with shopping API.
Please let me know when you can review it and send us the final decision and reason in case you deny it again.
I forgot to tell you that I've already written to partnerus@shopping.com for a new review, but I would like to know as soon as possible your decision in order to know exactly if we should implement your API or not.
I still have not heard from the UK product manager about our UK application, we applied under smartershopper@activepackets.com , is it possible you can give me the contact info for the UK product managers and I can contact them directly. Thanks.
The same situation for us. It's been almost two weeks since I've written them to review our website/application again.
In our case is about Australia partner program. Could you please let me know if they have a phone number, I only have their email address partnersau@shopping.com . I contacted them several times on that email address and I got no answer.
I also applied to shopping.com well over a month ago - may be 6 weeks or more - and haven't heard anything. Could you tell me how long I will need to wait for a decision?
Your application has been approved, although this may take up to 1 day to propagate through our systems. If you plan on integrating Shopping.com content via the API, you will also need to sign an API addendum which will need to be approved as well. Another option is to use our widgets - the documentation is available here:
Could you kindly find out what the status of my application is. I also applied for the partner program about a month agom and haven't received a reply yet. I'd prefer not to mention the domain name on this forum, but it is in my application.
It has been almost 3 months and we are still waiting approval for the UK application. As per your instructions, we applied to the UK program under a seperate account which is smartershopper@activepackets.com . Can you please tell me when you think this can be approved, thanks.
My name is Raj Desai. I have applied for shopping.com partners program a while back. My email address is desair@rbholdings.com. It seems like my application has been denied but I am not sure why this has happened. I would really love to have partnership established with shopping.com. My site is www.agiftidea.com and I have left many categories empty exclusively for shopping.com products. Please let me know what do I need to do in order to get accepted into your program.
I have applied for this program a while back and have not heard back from anyone from Shopping.com. I am based in US and I do plan to aggressively market my site over here in US.
If you could kindly convey my email to appropriate department, I will really appreciate your help,

Hi all -
I've forwarded this on to the appropriate account managers in each country. You should be hearing back from them soon if you haven't already.
