Problem with the ShopAds-Programm - banner is not shown on my site

  1. Dear Support,

    I have a problem with the Sopping-Ads program.

    I exatcly copied the code for my shopping banner and copied it to my site, but the banner is not shown.

    I don`t have any idea, what I do wrong.

    Is here somebody who can help me?

    I just tried to contact the support twice by email, but I haven`t got any answer yet.

    Hi Marco -

    It appears to be an issue w/ your CSS. When I save your page to my desktop and open that in my browser, I lose all CSS styles, but see the ads.

    I don`t know, how my CSS styles are wrong and how the CSS styles could make the problem.

    Can you explain the problem to me in more detail please?

    Hi Marco -

    Unfortunately, I don't really have any more details. I simply saved your page on my desktop, which caused all your relative links in the page to break (including your CSS). Without these links resolving, the ads seem to load fine.
