Dear all,
each of our Sub-Tracking reports only shows in CSV only a short line "Un Classified~ 12~23.34".
The number may be Leads and shareof the account of this day, but there is no more Sub Tracking information visible ?
Is this a problem of our links which have a simple subID "domain-name" or a bug ?
Frank... we just noticed the same thing. Looking at our destination Urls on our site, they are missing the "op" querystring parameter that used to be there. Make sure you have op=<trackingCode> or OP=<trackingCode> (eg. op=1234456)
We are implementing the "possible" fix on our side now. Something must have changed recently with the links that are returned via the API. I wonder where we can be notified of this before it occurs again.
There were no changes on the Shopping.com side that I know of. As long as your subTracking IDs are formatted correctly (25 or fewer alphanumeric characters), they should be passed on to the offer URLs, and tracked in our system.

Hi Frank,
subTrackingId values may be ignored unless they consist of 25 alphanumeric (A-Za-z0-9) characters or less.
