What are the incentives for good traffic?

Prior to Value Based Pricing, all sources of traffic were treated equally and thus paid equally, when in reality the poor sources were in fact being subsidized by the best sources.   Technically, getting 100% of the CPC value in a category is a bonus as that is what the advertiser has agreed to pay for.  In the long run Shopping.com believes strongly that the ecosystem will be re-balanced by stabilizing merchants cost of sale.  This will be a direct benefit to all partners with the best performing partners receiving the most benefit.
