Does the eBay Commerce Network require a business license to participate in the program?
No. eBay Commerce Network Publishers may be either an individual or a formal business / company. Upon registration, individuals must enter their Social Security Number in lieu of a Tax ID/Business License; likewise, corporations or companies are required to provide a Tax ID number.
