How is the Quality Score calculated?

The Quality Score is calculated daily at the category level.  The Quality Score is comprised of several different elements, including conversion rates and other measurements of a publisher’s ability to deliver quality traffic.  Conversion rates are indexed to industry conversion rates that are constantly updated.  Quality Score is not mathematically tied to the discount, but rather an index of your conversion-to-sale as compared to industry standards on a category by category basis. It's on a scale of 0 to 100, with 0 indicating no sales and 100 indicating excellence with respect to industry standards. Quality Score is designed to give partners guidance around which parts of their traffic are performing well and which areas need improvement.
